Go to work early is not conducive to health

A UK sleep expert said that the work before 9 am is not science and should start work at 10pm.

Professor Paul Kelley of the University of Oxford (UK), speaking at a scientific conference: "Staff should work at 10am. Our society is sleep deprived. That will cause heavy damage may".

He concluded to adjust working hours in offices and schools. Young children can go to school at 8:30, while the minor should go at 10 because your body needs more rest. The change in hours will help students achieve higher than 10% and limit traffic accidents by avoiding going to school during peak hours or not it was still light (especially in winter).
